Learn to Sew in Three Easy Videos!
Learning to sew can be a fun and exciting outlet, but getting started can feel a bit overwhelming with all the different techniques and tools involved. I know, I've seen all the posts on Threads about it :) Luckily, there are countless resources online to help guide you through the process. Here are three easy and quick videos that I have developed to help kick start your sewing journey!
1. Learn to Sew with a Sewing Machine
In this video, I introduce you to your sewing machine! We talk about the power cord, the foot pedal/start button, the spool of thread, and the bobbin. I know everyone's machine varies so this video is really focused on the vocabulary and helping you learn how to find the items on your machine. I also include how to find your sewing machine brand and model so it's easy for you to research.

2. Sewing Intro Part 2 | Presser Foot and the Needle!
This second video talks about the sewing machine needle and the presser foot! I also go into a little more information into what accessories could come with your machine. It's a high level look into what a sewing machine needs to run and how to get started on the right foot (pun intended!). We also talk through the needle and how various needle sizes are important for different types of fabrics.
