September Sales and Donation Update!

It's officially fall!! October is here and that means it's time for Halloween!! Well before that, we can look back and see what sales we had for September and who we were able donate to for our sales. October is looking like a great month though with another whole sale customer coming up, and more Christmas pups. We also are introducing two new styles! The WatchDog and Chihuahuas!! With all of our sales, we were able to donate $115 to Red Rover Org and $116 to Black Ops Rescue for our September sales! So let's take a step back, and look at what happened! 

This month began with us dropping off our first Stuffed Pig order!! We made 12 custom stuffed pigs for Nalls Produce! Nalls Produce has a pig named Penny that they were celebrating, and they wanted custom look-alikes! We tie-dyed the fabric, created a pig pattern, and made 12 little pigs. We think they looked pretty close to the original, and we hope you do too! Nalls will be selling these cuties online soon, so be sure to check their website for updates!!

We posted fun new pups, scrunchies, and masks this month. Some of our favorites were the Cosmic Scrunchie and Mask combo (where we have already have a scrunchie sold!), the 50's mask and scrunchie pack, and a new Christmas pup!! More pups will be coming next month as well as new scrunchies!!

We had soooo many sales this month! It was great as that means more money for charity!! We had an Army dachshund, Marine dachshund, a Democrat dachshund, a 70's Dachshund, a Halloween Dachshund, two scrunchie dogs, and multiple scrunchies!! This surge on sales had us quickly sewing and coming up with new ideas to help meet our customers needs!!

We were going to donate to Black Ops Rescue this month, but then the West Coast Wildfires occurred. It was horrible to see on the news, and the worst part was due to the pandemic we heard of stories where owners were being separated from their pets. Doing some research, we found a great organization that is helping to reunite owners and pets, and provide services to pet owners affected by the wildfires. We are happy to report that we were able to donate $115 to Red Rover Organization, and $116 to Black Ops Rescue! So happy we could help two great organizations this month!!

A fun item that came up this month was a customer asking for a Marine Chihuahua!! This was a fun challenge, and it turned out great! The exciting part is I think we can include these in our normal shop! Be on the lookout for more Chihuahuas coming soon. 

With all of this said, you may be wondering what is in store for October! We will be posting lots of new Scrunchie Dogs and WatchDogs. We also will be posting the rest of our Christmas dogs. Finally, we will be having a Halloween sale October 19-24! It's going to be a great way to stock up on your favorite Halloween dogs that haven't sold.
